LEADERSHIP & ORGANIZATIONS

I work with organizations that want their leaders to think better, lead with more ownership, make stronger decisions and handle change with more maturity.

The work can take the form of leadership workshops, retreats, keynotes or 1:1 coaching for senior leaders, depending on what the organization is trying to solve. I tend to work especially well with challenges that look practical on the surface, but are being shaped by the way people think, communicate, make decisions and respond under pressure.

The goal is always to make the work useful beyond the room. I want people to leave with a better understanding of what is actually happening, what they need to do differently, and how that translates into the way they lead their teams and their part of the organization.

DEALING WITH CHANGE

For organizations going through periods of change, including new leadership, strategic realignment, restructuring, rapid growth or a shift in how the organization needs to operate.

Change can make complete sense on paper and still be difficult for people to move with. This training looks at the psychology behind that resistance, why people can understand a change intellectually and still struggle to support it in practice, and what leaders can do to help their teams move through that process more effectively.

Participants leave with a clearer understanding of their own responses to change, the patterns that tend to show up in teams, and practical ways to lead people through uncertainty without relying on motivational language alone.

SELF-LEADERSHIP & PROACTIVENESS

For organizations where too much is being escalated upward, decisions are being delayed, or leaders are waiting for direction when they should be able to move.

This training looks at what actually gets in the way of ownership. We work with decision-making, accountability, confidence in judgment, the tendency to avoid responsibility when the answer is unclear, and the role leaders themselves play in either creating or reducing dependence within their teams.

The aim is to help leaders become more comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility for their areas and developing teams that can think for themselves instead of constantly pushing questions upward.

THE WOMEN'S CIRCLE

For organizations that want to invest specifically in the development of the women in their workforce.

The Women's Circle creates space for conversations that are often missing from traditional leadership development. We work with confidence, boundaries, people-pleasing, self-trust, leadership identity and the expectations women can carry around being capable, accommodating and responsible for everyone around them.

The work is designed to help women lead with more authority and make decisions from a stronger sense of who they are, while also building connection and support between women across the organization.

WELLNESS & LEADERSHIP

For organizations that want to help their leaders perform well without building a way of working that depends on constant pressure.

This training helps leaders look at how they are currently working, where stress is accumulating, and what can realistically be changed in the way they structure their days, manage their energy and respond to pressure.

The focus is on incorporating wellness into everyday leadership rather than treating it as something separate that happens after work or when burnout has already become a problem. We look at practical habits around rest, boundaries, recovery and self-management, as well as the role leaders play in shaping the pace and expectations of the teams around them.

The aim is to help leaders build ways of working that are more sustainable while still allowing them to carry significant responsibility and perform at a high level.

BESPOKE LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Sometimes the issue an organization is dealing with does not fit neatly into an existing workshop.

You may have a leadership team that is too operational, managers who struggle to coach their people, recurring communication problems between departments, a lack of ownership, a difficult transition underway, or a very specific challenge that keeps showing up across the organization.

In those cases, I can design a training around the issue itself.

We start with what is actually happening inside the organization, where the problem tends to show up, what has already been tried, and what you want leaders to be doing differently. From there, I build the content, exercises and discussion around the needs of the group rather than forcing the problem into a standard training format.

This can be delivered as a focused workshop, a leadership retreat or a longer development programme, depending on the scope of the work.

1:1 LEADERSHIP COACHING

I work privately with entrepreneurs, executives and senior leaders who would benefit from individual support alongside their role.

The work can focus on decision-making, strategic thinking, confidence, delegation, communication or a specific challenge the leader is trying to work through.

Because the work is 1:1, we can get much more specific about what is happening for that person and how it is affecting the way they lead.
